Diane will conduct an initial physical analysis to create a regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries. limitations, goals and nutrition. You will then be guided through an entire programme of health and fitness development. which includes your training inside and outside the gym. your diet and your lifestyle. complemented by her outstanding support services.

 

Personal training with Diane integrates a wide range of disciplines and methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. This includes options such as strength. mobility and stretching sessions, cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise and sports performance.

She will make sure you always maintain control by developing specfic diet plans for those more unusual occasions, whether it‘s a holiday, city break, dinner party or long haul trip. Once she‘s determined your individual diet and lifestyle objectives, Diane can offer further consultations on areas including:

You can choose to purchase sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while she recommends you commit to at least 2 sessions a week, she’s realistic about how day-to-day demands can impact your schedule. Nutritional One to One sessions
Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness programme. Diane places as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as we do on personal training. It’s important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet.

During your initial fitness consultation, we will analyse your calorie and nutrient intake. You will also be asked to complete a food diary for the week, is analysed to create a personalised client report

Diane will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results.

From there, she will address you strengths and weaknesses and create a new day-today diet plan.
